Yahama LS9 router

Got a LS9 and trying to connect a wireless network to it! Router plugged in and on it’s on network. iPad connected to router but can’t get iPad and desk ‘talking’ to each other?

Have you done everything on there?  I would suspect the issue lies with the IP address settings on the LS9.

Have you loaded the DME-N network driver to your I-pad. It is critical that the version of this driver matches your ios.  

When you run the advanced settings, does the LS9 appear? If so add this to the device list (UNIT 1)

Then in the LS9 Editor,  Setup Midi Settings -- set the input and output ports to UNIT 1 and check that in Modify Workspace that LS9 shows in the workspace.

Then run LS9  and check File System Setup that the Input and output ports are UNIT 1

Hopefully yo should now show online.
