They're normally really helpful when it comes to tracking down spares and if there were any left from their production line when those screens stopped being used (last console was probably the Pearl Expert) they might still have them in a box somewhere. Otherwise a call to the companies who held a lot of Pearls in hire stock (top of my head... 4Wall UK, Coloursound, Hawthorns, GLS, Siyan, Adlib, Entec...) might yield a "spares/repair" console lying around that they'll sell you to scavenge bits out of.
