Scenic Production Manager

[Eclipse]

We’re looking for a Scenic Production Manager – A key member of the Eclipse team, based in our Beckenham office. Actively planning and managing scenic projects, bringing design into reality through scenery. Eclipse specialise in events, Live, Digital and Hybrid. As a Scenic PM you will work alongside our technical and creative teams to deliver outstanding event solutions across all platforms. You’ll bring experience of scenic construction to influence the design and creation of our scenic delivery. This is an exciting and varied client –facing role with the opportunity to travel and to be at the heart of a passionate, industry leading live events team.

MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Attend client brief and kick off meetings to provide scenic solutions.

• Working with the creative team to establish the practical application of a design concept.

• Liaise with technical and production teams throughout the project from pitch to delivery ensuring the smooth integration of scenic elements into the overall project.

• Prepare Scenic quotations.

• Organising and ordering of scenic materials and equipment.

• Attend production meetings with staff and/or clients.

• Manage and oversee the final preparation, on-site installation and de-rig of a project.

• Keep up with industry innovations to positively influence Eclipse’s scenic design and delivery

KEY ATTRIBUTES

• Relative experience within the live events sector, specifically set build and construction

• Excellent communication and leadership skills

• Confident decision making and problem-solving ability

• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes

• The ability to efficiently plan and organise production processes
