The Theatre Royal and Royal Concert Hall (TRCH) Nottingham is looking for an experienced Stage Manager to join our busy team, helping to manage the safe and efficient planning, set-up, operation and get-out of shows and events.

The starting salary is £33,573 (level One) rising to £35,582 (Level Two) on the first year anniversary, subject to satisfactory completion of a probation period, based on working annualised hour at 42 hours per week.

Essential Requirement are:

• Experience of leading & inspiring a team to achieve challenging targets and deliver great customer service.
• Significant experience of stage management and of managing get-ins, performances & get-outs of theatrical performance and concerts within a mid/large scale venue.
• Experience and knowledge of interpreting plans and technical drawings to provide technical advice and recommendations.
• Knowledge and experience of Rigging and Flying.
• Experience of interpreting and writing risk assessments and method statements.
