Avo TT panels not responding

I've been using Tiger Touch V9 for a while and recently I'm facing this problem, Whenever I boot my Controller, initially it works fine but after 10 to 5 seconds, all of the panels stop functioning including the touch screen, even the "mode" switch too. It's seems all ok in appearance and nothing has been damaged apparently.

Someone please tell me what to do of this problem I'm facing...

My first course of action would be to contact Avo support - 0208 965 8522. They will be able to talk you through fault finding.

Hi Tim , I also posted my issue at avo forum yet there is no reply from any one there, I am from Pakistan, what do think how can avo help me on the phone?

The post on the forum was only a few hours before the one here so there's not been much time yet for anyone to reply. I would suggest either raising a Help Desk ticket or emailing support <at> avolites <dot> com. I will also forward this to the support department so they are aware.
