AV Technician

Brighter Productions specialise in the production of conference, exhibition and live events ranging from product launches to award ceremonies. Brighter Productions have steadily built a reputation in the events industry and are well-known for providing seamless production services. With clients across the UK, we are seeking a exceptional candidate to act as AV Technician.

 

The successful candidate must have a minimum of 2 years technical production experience, with a thorough knowledge of sound, lighting and video. This is a full time position based on an average of 40 hours per week. Due to the nature of our business the hours will be varied and often include unsociable hours and weekend work.

 

• Preparation of equipment and pre-event testing
• Installation, setup and de-rig equipment on site
• Fault & Fix find technical equipment
• To organise and delegate tasks as required
• To fulfil other reasonable duties as required

Person Specification

 

• Full UK Driving License
• Hands on knowledge of AV equipment
• Highly computer Literate
• Good working knowledge of Powerpoint and Keynote
• Client facing skills
• Good leadership skills
• A team player with strong communication skills
• Be able to work under pressure and hit deadlines
• Hard working and enthusiastic with a positive attitude
• A great attention to detail
• To represent the company in a positive manner at all times
• Able to work overtime as required and at short notice

Salary: £22,000.00 - £26,000.00 DOI per year Plus Overtime and benefits
