Blackmagic Mini Converters - Replacement BNCs

I've been investigating some BlackMagic mini converters which have wobbly BNC connectors. (They're second-hand stock and likely have been battered around a little)

It seems that there's a post breaks on the connectors, so the PCB is still intact and with a bit of luck I should be able to replace the BNCs.

 

Does anyone have a source for replacement connectors? I expect that it's a common enough failure that someone will have tracked them down. I'll put a support request into BMD but if there's a standard part available from Farnell, RS, or any of the usual suspects, that'd be ideal.
