I have renewals for both PLI and employers' liability coming up.

 

My existing insurers sent out a stock email which made my blood boil: it was the usual invitation to renew, as if nothing had happened, then a whole pile of extra exclusions at the bottom concerning anything virus-related. I suspect they were hoping that some customers would just click to renew without paying any attention.

 

Our turnover and payroll will be down significantly on previous years, so even if I wasn't annoyed I'd still be shopping around.

 

There's plenty of providers suggested in previous threads which I will work my way around, however has anyone had good experiences with insurers who are being flexible with the current situation?
