Hello Hive Mind!

 

I am a holiday park technician and we use Screen Monkey for our Entertainment. Recently all our thumbnail images in the panel view of screen monkey have changed from an image to a clapper board image. This only seems ro apply to mp4 videos and not wmv.

 

Does anyone have any ideas how to restore the images as it makes it very difficult without them,
