We're an enthusiastic team of creative designers, set builders, sound techs, lighting techs, video techs and drivers, working with a range of clients from creative agencies and events organisers to fashion brands and music producers. This is an exciting and key role that plays a big part in the operation of the company. The ideal candidate will have basic knowledge of audio, visual, sound and lighting equipment. Previous warehouse management experience would be an advantage but not necessary. Full training on company systems will be given. Duties include: Liaising with project managers to understand specific job prep requirementsPrepping of equipment ahead of jobsManage dry hire bookings and handling dry hire clientsDe-prepping of equipment when it returns to the warehouseLogging all equipment that needs maintenanceConducting equipment maintenance to ensure all equipment is in working orderLoading and unloading vans and trucksDriving vans to and from jobsMaking sure the warehouse is tidy and equipment is stored safelyDevelop and implement storage solutions within the warehouseDevelop and enforce prep & de-prep proceduresMaintain stock levels for consumable itemsHave an active role in the progression of the company with regards to improving procedures and cost effectiveness within the warehouseKey Attributes: Hard working and enthusiastic with a can-do attitudeAttention to detail and pride in your workAbility to take own initiative and work on your ownAbility to work well under pressure and to tight deadlinesLeadership qualities to take on warehouse manager role and make it their ownSmartly presentedFull clean driving licence with van driving experienceSalary of £24,000 based on 5 days a week Mon-Fri.
