Transparent Video in ScreenMonkey?

Hello everyone!

I am new to ScreenMonkey, and am attempting to show two different videos (Foreground and Background) on different layers. The foreground layer is an animated text logo to appear onto the background. I exported the foreground from adobe after effects as a Quicktime with alpha channel, however when played back in ScreenMonkey, it has a black background, covering the real background video. I tested the video in ProPresenter and verified it did have transparency. I then tried exporting as an animated gif sequence, which had transparency, but would not play the animation. Does anyone know a way to use transparent video in ScreenMonkey?
