Dear all,

 

I am facing an issue with a computer where I am using Resolume Arena 5.

The problem is happening when I open the software, the computer simply restarts without importing any media on the software.

I tried with reinstalling Windows, updating BIOS, but I was not able to figure out what is the reason.

 

Is there someone who experienced something similar to help me or give me advice?

This will be a hardware / driver problem. It's a blue screen of death but your computer is restarting without showing the error. Switch off the "restart on blue screen" option in windows advanced system settings, then at least you can see the error.
