Judge Posted May 25, 2019 Share Posted May 25, 2019 Had a weird issue last night. Three of the dimmer channels would not dim, they just went to full. Reset the cube to factory defaults a couple of times. Didn't do anything. Eventually just powered it down and on again, then it was okay.Display showed that it thought the input ramped with fader, but dimmer had other ideas. Never seen this before. timmeh2 Posted May 26, 2019 Share Posted May 26, 2019 Hi Probably not of any use but I've had the same issue on ART2000 racks, turns out that a loose connector from front panel to the boards caused certain channels to act like switches rather than dimmed outputs.
