Looking for two cameras to install in a church but when I look at CCTV cameras they are AHD/CBVS/TVI etc output but I am going into a HDMI input matrix switcher so that they can display either camera on any TV screen

 

I have used AHD to HDMI converters before and it didnt work properly so had to buy a DVR recorder and come HDMI out of that but on the display it came up CAM001

1st camera is about 50 metres and the 2nd camera is about 15 metres

Get SDI cameras rather than AHD. SDI to HDMI converters are about £25 from Amazon and have worked well for me.

 

Convert to HDMI close to the switcher as HDMI does not travel well.
