MarkPAman
I guess this would do it ,as it seems to basically be 4, 8 way stereo mixers in one box with shared inputs. However, it's 2U, so may not fit. Omnisonic Mixer

The search goes on............
MarkPAman
Are you sure? Description says: Featuring eight balanced XLR input connectors, the MZD-88 Matrix Distributor can accommodate both microphone and line-level sources....... OK, found the Manual You are right and the description is at best misleading, or possibly just plain wrong! Guess adding 4 preamps to the setup is more cost, space & complication. :(
ninjadingle
Thinking out of the box a little - do you need direct access to the controls? If not then perhaps something like an Extron DMP128 would work for you? Would give you enough outputs for all your requirements and a PSU that's been designed to stay on 24/7 (I think Extron actually build their own PSU's instead of buying them in from China). canoemoose
Any of the Allen & Heath GR range suit you?We had one in an install, remained powered up 24/7 for years. https://www.allen-heath.com/series/gr/
sandall
Thanks for these, but Extron is probably a bit out of our price range & the GR range appears to follow the general convention of Line = stereo but Mic = mono only. The Stageline seems to be the nearest to what we need, so I have now ordered one. Will let you know how we get on.
