Derek Tallent Posted August 5, 2018 Share Posted August 5, 2018 Press Red Rentals are a fast-growing audio-visual, sound, video and lighting hire company with Hire Centres in Telford, Shropshire, and Roermond in the Netherlands. As a result of our continual growth, we are now looking to recruit dedicated full or part-time warehouse technicians at our Head Office in Telford. Duties include: Preparation of equipment prior to being sent out on hire Checking in equipment from returning hires Booking equipment in and out on Current RMS Loading and unloading vehicles (from 2.9t vans to 40' artics) Assisting with the maintenance of stock records/stock control Assisting with the booking, preparation and return of sub-hired equipment Dealing with dry-hire customers when collecting and returning equipment General warehouse duties (sweeping the floor, keeping the warehouse tidy etc). Ideally we are looking for someone with previous experience of the AV industry, although training on our products will be provided. Hours are typically Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm. Some weekend working is occasionally required, and where this occurs, overtime may be available or time off in the week will be offered instead. We offer a minimum of 28 days holiday, and operate a workplace pension. Wherever possible we operate flexible working. A driving licence would be an advantage, as would a passport, as the opportunity to work at our Hire Centre in the Netherlands may be available. Salary range is £18,000 - £21,000 depending upon age, experience and qualifications. Part time salaries will be calculated pro-rata.
