Technician / Driver - Precision Events

Precision Events Ltd is looking to recruit a Technician / Driver on a full time contract basis to join our team within the corporate audio visual industry. The position starting in April is a great opportunity for someone to join a small friendly team, with variety to each working day.

 

 

Competitive salary at £19-£22k per annum based on experience.

 

Standard working hours of 40hrs based on a flexible working pattern with some weekend work required.

 

Pro-rata Holiday

 

Duties to include but not limited to:

 

· Driving company and hire vehicles to and from venues and suppliers, delivering and collecting equipment with equipment setup when required

 

· Supporting on site technicians with larger set-ups and de-rigs

 

· Technical support onsite for corporate events

 

· Installation of exhibition TV Screens and furniture

 

· Prep and maintenance of equipment pre/post events

 

· Representing Precision Events Ltd in a tidy, professional manner at all times

 

 

The position would suit a candidate who is looking to start their career in the audio visual industry, but also those looking to step away from daily tech work.

 

 

The ideal candidate should have experience in the events/technical sector, but full training will be provided. The job involves working independently at times so organisational skills are a must with a customer-focussed approach to work flow, maintaining a high level of customer service whist representing Precision Events.

 

 

Candidates would benefit from being based in and around the Berkshire area (Wokingham or surrounding areas).

 

 

Full UK driving Licence is required

 

 

 

Successful candidates must be eligible to work in UK without visa sponsorship.
