Alongsidethis exciting element, EWPSL also run a unique and specialist service to theCruise industry. Working with some ofthe market leaders in the cruise industry, EWPSL supply, install and serviceboth entertainment equipment in the form of sound, AV and light as well asoffering a bespoke LED conversion service.

Sound Engineers / Riggers & Operators – Freelance:

 

Weare always on the look out for freelance engineers, riggers and operators tostaff our varied productions.

Lighting Engineers / Riggers & Operators –Freelance:

 

· Experience and a passion forlighting technology

 

· Good practicalDIY/installation skills

 

· Basic electrical and wiringskills

 

· Fault finding

 

· Good attention to detail

 

· A good head for heights -IPAF and PASMA certificates desirable

 

 

Experiencewith:

 

· Avolites, High End systems,Chamsys & Grand MA

 

· Martin, Robe, Clay Paky,Chauvet fixtures

 

 

 

 

General Event Technician – Freelance

 

 

Weare looking for freelance technicians to join our team. The type of workincludes AV Hire, PA Hire, Dry Hire, Lighting, Stage & Rigging forWeddings, Parties, Conferences and events.

 

 

Someof the items you would be expected to set up include:

 

• Lugging & shifting equipment
• Driving vans & delivering staging, dance floors & kit
• Lighting Desks / Moving Heads / DMX
• PA Systems, Projectors, Plasma Screens & Conference Aids
• DJ Equipment & Lighting
• Dance Floors & Decor
• Staging (indoor & outdoor) including carpeting
• PA Systems for concerts, outdoor events and indoor events

Duties:

 

• Collection, delivery & setting up of equipment
• Transportation & moving of heavy items & equipment
• Smart, presentable & professional in your appearance and manner when dealing with the client, venue and their guests.

Experience& Skills (These are all MUST HAVE):

 

• Full UK Driving Licence Essential
• Some Technical Knowledge
• Organised & Conscientious
• ‘Can do’ attitude essential

Experience& Skills (These are desirable):

 

• Programming DMX / Avolites / Chamsys / High End
• Band Sound / Allen & Heath / Digico / Yamaha
• Working with teams / workflow

 

ALL roles listed above are on a freelance basisunless specified. All freelancers are to provide a copy of a CV and a copy ofyour PLI.
