Brighter Productions specialise in the production of conference, exhibition and live events ranging from product launches to award ceremonies. Brighter Productions have steadily built a reputation in the events industry and are well-known for providing seamless production services. With clients across the UK, we are seeking an exceptional candidate to act as Branch Manager for our newest premises in Coventry.

 

 

The successful candidate must have a minimum of eight years technical production experience, with a thorough knowledge of sound, lighting and video. Additionally, they must have experience of sales, production management and be willing to travel and work flexible hours.

 

 

Job Description

 

 

• Day to day management of the branch
• Management of team (technical staff and others)
• Managing the strategic development of the team
• Conducting site visits
• Produce customer quotations/proposals
• Research and identify commercial opportunities
• Act as a key contact and account manager for major clients
• Act as a Brand Ambassador for Brighter Productions
• To allocate and book resources; equipment, external services, transport, accommodation, external services etc.
• To organise, allocate and manage crew to include booking crew, briefing, rostering, distributing PPE etc.
• To organise and delegate tasks as required.
• To ensure all correspondence with clients is disseminated as required.
• Managing the logistical distribution of technical equipment between other branches.
• The successful candidate will become an integral part of the Brighter Productions Team

Person Specification:

 

 

• Experienced user of rental management software
• Experienced AV Technician
• Full UK Driving Licence
• Must enjoy working independently
• Must have senior management experience
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Has an extensive and advanced knowledge of Health and Safety within a production environment
• Must be willing to travel within the U.K and occasionally Europe and Worldwide.
• Ability to learn quickly
• Ability to establish and introduce processes and working practices to be undertaken by the team.
