Senior Production Manager

[SuperM]

At Event Engineering in Leicestershire, we are looking for a highly motivated and dedicated individual to join our growing event production team. You will be required to manage the whole process of organising an event from initial concept by a client to completion, whilst dealing with any new enquiries varying in size and scale.

 

 

The Candidate

 

• At least 5 years proven experience in managing medium to large scale events either working for a production company or a technical equipment/AV provider.
• Knowledge and experience of production disciplines, sound, lighting, video, rigging, transport, logistics, staging and health and safety.
• A good knowledge of scenery and best integration between technical equipment and physical scenic assets.
• Passionate about fulfilling client's expectations and providing high-quality production, paying attention to detail.
• You must have great communication and team working skills
• You must be patient and reliable

Your Responsibilities

 

• Client meetings and site visits
• Scoping and quoting new work
• Managing and reporting on budgets
• Setting and managing project timelines
• Managing client expectations
• Specifying equipment to meet the needs of the event
• Working with creative team members to produce scenic visualizations
• Managing the set design process
• Overseeing production/team management on site
• Creating site production schedules
• Managing logistics
• Assembling appropriate staff teams for site build, live show and de-rig
• Managing the live show process
• Assembling and heading project teams for larger projects
• Working with other suppliers when necessary
