You will be required to manage the whole process of organising an event from initial concept by a client to completion, whilst dealing with any new enquiries varying in size and scale. The Candidate At least 5 years proven experience in managing medium to large scale events either working for a production company or a technical equipment/AV provider.Knowledge and experience of production disciplines, sound, lighting, video, rigging, transport, logistics, staging and health and safety.A good knowledge of scenery and best integration between technical equipment and physical scenic assets.Passionate about fulfilling client's expectations and providing high-quality production, paying attention to detail.You must have great communication and team working skillsYou must be patient and reliableYour Responsibilities Client meetings and site visitsScoping and quoting new workManaging and reporting on budgetsSetting and managing project timelinesManaging client expectationsSpecifying equipment to meet the needs of the eventWorking with creative team members to produce scenic visualizationsManaging the set design processOverseeing production/team management on siteCreating site production schedulesManaging logisticsAssembling appropriate staff teams for site build, live show and de-rigManaging the live show processAssembling and heading project teams for larger projectsWorking with other suppliers when necessaryIf you feel you have the skills above and want to join a fast paced, creative, passionate team, and be a part of our story working on exciting projects with blue-chip clients and world leading agencies, get in touch to discuss your experience and skills.
