We have an exciting opportunity for an ambitious and client focused individual to join our team based in one of the many London venues that choose Eclipse as their preferred supplier.

 

ABOUT THE ROLE:

 

Preparing, installing, and de-rigging the equipment we supply to clients in the meeting rooms

 

On-site client contact services – equipment hand-over.

 

Providing a 'quick-response' technical support service when clients encounter snags with their own presentation equipment.

 

Controlling the security of the company's assets in the venue.

 

1st line maintenance of the venue's and our own audio-visual assets stored or permanently installed in the venue.

 

Controlling the storage spaces in the venue ensuring they are clean and tidy at all times.

 

Maintaining sufficient stocks of consumable products e.g. flipchart pads & pens.

 

Supporting the installation of Set and Staging elements on site when required to do so.

 

In carrying out the above responsibilities, helping to achieve the best balance of cost control and service quality.

 

Deputising in the absence of Site Manager

 

ABOUT YOU:

 

Demonstrable literacy and numeracy skills and a desire to develop further technical skills

 

Eager to learn whilst showing a willingness to continually develop new skills

 

Essential – technical or related AV industry qualifications

 

Full UK clean driving licence

 

Experience in at least two of the following areas: lighting, data projection, sound

 

Happy working in a team environment supporting colleagues to deliver our events to a high standard

 

Good time management skills & reliability in order to adapt to regularly changing demands and priorities

 

Good communication skills

 

Flexible outlook within a demanding industry/role

 

The ability to proactively resolve problems or escalate promptly as required

 

An awareness of the importance of high quality customer service (both internal & external)

 

Understanding and promoting the Eclipse vision in relation to intent and values

 

The successful candidate will also be required to maintain current awareness of the events industry
