We now have an exciting opportunity within our Warehouse team for an ambitious, experienced and proactive individual to join them in a Shift Leader role. About the roleThe Shift Leader will support the Warehouse Manager with the implementation and coordination of all warehouse activities, overseeing the Warehouse team to ensure all equipment is dispatched to events according to requirements. In addition the Shift Leader will have responsibility for stock control and quality management, and working with the Warehouse Manager on overall operations of the Warehouse team, ensuring the team delivers to the highest standard. About youThe position therefore calls for an individual with solid technical experience and an excellent working knowledge of equipment in at least two of the following - sound, lighting, data projection or video. It is essential that you can demonstrate resilience coupled with excellent time management in order to coordinate the regularly changing demands and priorities that are placed on the Warehouse team to ensure all our events are fully equipped and can run smoothly. You should also have previous supervisory experience. An active interest and knowledge of the events industry is desirable.
