LS9 phantom power problem?

I've got an LS9 which has phantom power issues. I metered it out and it's only sending out 24v, which drives most things ok plugged into the back of the desk but doesn't seem to work at the other end of a multicore. Anyone have any ideas how I can fix it? I suspect I'm just gonna have to put a new power supply board in :/

Without a schematic I'm guessing, but 24 is half of 48 so I'm wondering if there is a blown diode in a voltage doubling rectifier, so only one half is working? If so, probably needs new caps as well because one will have been reversed ...

My local supplier is talking to Yamaha for me, seems the PSU has a 24v output but the desks definitely should supply 48v. Looks like it's a faulty component(s) on a board somewhere. Component level repair is a bit beyond my comfort zone unless it's my own personal kit and I can risk breaking it more so looks like I'm in line for replacing a board somewhere.
