The job I did for 3 years after uni has become vacant again. It's a good little job, with plenty of creativity and room to make the role yours. Not mega bucks, but dependable income, schools tend not to go bust mid run...

 

There should be scope for some freelance/casual work fitted around the school's productions. The school has a 200ish seater black box studio, a suite of dance studios, a recording studio, and performs at local venues as well.

 

You need to be an all rounder, lights/sound/SM/PM, even a bit of set design and construction.

 

It's an ideal grad job, and I found it quite rewarding.
