We are looking for a Head of Lighting and Sound to lead a team of technicians, supporting a busy programme of touring and house productions on the Sadler's Wells stage. You will have experience of working on large scale productions with touring companies and/or venues, proven advanced level skills in both lighting and sound and have experience of supervising/leading a team. You will be a flexible, practical person, calm under pressure, showing a high degree of self-motivation and the ability to motivate others, with expectations of high production standards and behaviour.
