We are Recruiting after the summer madness

 

We are currently looking for very experienced require good all-rounders with a flexible approach to the industry to join our operation.

You will need to be based within a 20 mile drive of Bognor Regis “PO21” as you will be based at our warehouse/offices, our Tech's are required to work on-site and possibly overseas.

All applicants will need to demonstrate that they possess an extremely strong technical and operational knowledge of all aspects of a busy Technical department.

 

 

You will possess an outstanding knowledge of audio delivery and the rigging of such, with experience of both standard point source, line array,multi box speaker systems, great Knowledge of digital mixing consoles and speaker management systems, along with our current team you will be responsible for the selection, preparation, installation, operation and maintenance of our equipment as well as management and supervision of technicians and freelance staff when the need arises.

The primary role is the provision of live sound for events but an our work is varied so a basic knowledge of lighting and AV systems is advantages as you will be required from time to time to assist with these disciplines, a reasonable level of electronics skills is an advantage as well as good hand soldering skills, the applicant will be required to assist on permanent installations, service calls, prepping equipment for sale, dry hire systems for events.

The senior Tech post is at management Level so carries a certain amount of admin as well as deputising for the companies management in their absence, you will also be able to demonstrate the ability to up-sell the companies products & services as the need arises.

 

We as a Company are very client focused so good communication skills and a neat/well-groomed presentation are essential in this role as is the ability to up-sell as the needs arises.

Driving will form part of these role’s so a clean driving license is essential (MAX 3 Points) & be 25+ or close to “this is due to insurance restrictions”, Techs will be required to travel to site with some overnight stays.

 

All applicant’s need to be friendly, enjoy a good laugh and fit in with the usual witty banter amongst co-workers & must be able to work flexible hours including weekends, public holidays and evenings, in turn we offer a competitive salary circa £27/30K per year (dependent on experience) with sales bonuses, up to 28 days paid holiday per year and opportunities to progress within the business .
