PRODUCTIONMANAGER – inhouse at Landing Forty Two, The Leadenhall Building

 

Salary: £35,000plus OT

 

Working Hours: Monday to Friday9am – 5.30pm

 

(Plus, Overtime weekdays 6pm onwards, bank holidays and weekends)

JOB OVERVIEW:

 

 

The primary function of this role is to quote, build and manage all productionat our venue – Landing Forty Two. You will be responsible for dealing with newenquiries, creating bespoke quotes and managing projects. The role requires anequal measure of sales and client management.

 

You will be joining a small inhouse team with 4 sales and ops who will workalongside you to deliver over 150 eventsa year varying in size and scale. The venue has a state of the art installwhich you will be expected to manage as well as quoting for all upgrades.

 

IDEAL CANDIDATE:

 

· 3-5 Years proven experience running a variety of productionevents and/or inhouse.

 

· Excellent client facing and account management skills

 

· Broad knowledge and experience of production disciplines, sound,lighting, video, rigging transport, logistics, staging, health and safety.

 

· Proficient in AutoCAD or similar technical drawing software

 

· Ability to hit the ground running and work under pressureduring peak seasons.

 

· Manage multiple events simultaneously, from budget todelivery

 

· Ability to produce creative briefs& sales pitches

 

· Passionate about providinghigh-quality production and fulfilling client’s expectations.

 

 

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

· Attend client meetings and discuss their requirements

 

· Ability to produce quotes

 

· Write up RAMS and event safety management plans

 

· Manage event logistics; booking scheduling kit, crew,transportation

 

· Managing an reporting on budget

 

· Overseeing event on site

 

· Be proactive and Upsell.

 

 

QUALIFICATIONS (DESIRABLE):

 

· IPAF

 

· Safety – have a basicunderstanding of our legal obligations towards health and safety and the rolesof all duty holders under CDM2015

 

· PASMA

 

· First Aid

 

· Photoshop
