Sanyo PLC XF1000 lamp connector

Hi guys,

 

We have an old Sanyo PLC XF1000 projector which last week decided to weld a lamp in by melting the lamp connector!

Does anyone know where I can source a new lamp connector loom? I tried the service manual but couldn't find it within the parts list...unless I was being rather dim and wasn't looking hard enough!

I have spoken to a couple of my regular suppliers but they haven't been able to source anything due to the projector being Sanyo..

 

Alternatively does anyone know if this connector is a generic connector that is used across a range of projectors?

I seem to recall that Sanyo and Eiko projectors are essentially the same if that helps with someone else to call.
