nunny
Hi all, I'm looking for some suggestions on a tried and tested led replacement for 400w uv We are looking to upgrade if there is a suitable unit Thanks in advance
Stuart91
Anything with equivalent output is going to be far more expensive, do you have any kind of budget in mind? I've tried some smaller UV LED units that would be a decent replacement for tubes, but nothing with the poke of the 400w cannons.
nunny
No real budget as of yet, happy to spend on pro kit. we do have some cheap 1m linear battens that we had for a job, they are very glary but a reasonable output has anyone tried any of the cob units? CPlater1
If you want true uv output (365nm) You will be looking at quite expensive units, searching on here will provide some of them, for example the Rosco Mirocube UV which is about £1300. Most UV LED fixtures are in the range of 400nm, which provides ambient light as well as UV. These do still make things glow but not quite like a 400w source.
