Emmett45
I have an Antari Z300-II haze machine which, despite the tank being full of fluid, displays the 'fluid low' warning light and now won't pump out any haze. Any ideas if it's easy to solve?????
Stuart91
I'm not familiar with the Z300, but on some similar models, there is a switch that sits underneath the tank, and if there is enough weight of fluid to depress the switch, it activates the machine. This is to prevent it running dry, which can be a problem. It might be that the switch is broken, gummed up with spilled fluid, or something else. Worth a look. ianknight
The low fluid sensor on these is submerged in the fluid alongside the fluid feed. If the machine won't sense then either the sensor has gone faulty or the control PCB has gone faulty - from experience, the sensors don't often fail so it's likely to be the PCB. Most Antari dealers should be able to get the PCB assuming that Antari still make them and it shouldn't be much of a faff to fit.
bigclive
Some of the generic machines use a simple float switch with a ring that floats up around a magnetic sensor. Can you see inside the tank? Is there anything that looks like a float arrangement? If there is, is the floating bit free to move and is it aligned so that it will be lifted properly by the fluid?
