TonyMitchell Posted April 4, 2016 Posted April 4, 2016 We have 4 channels of G3 300 series, which we use with WSM. The software automatically detects the frequency band, which IIRC is 606 to 648. We also have a G2 500 series twin RX, which we intend use on the 830 to 832 frequency now included on the shared PMSE licence. If we were to connect this G2 RX to the same network (via a Sennheiser NET1), will WSM handle this and show the both sets of bandwidth we are working with simultaneously, i.e. 606 to 648 and 830 to 869 ?
Peter F Posted April 4, 2016 Posted April 4, 2016 I suspect we may have been looking at the same item! From Sennheiser download notes:NET 1: no longer supported as of WSM 4.2 If you have an older copy of WSM I reckon you might have more luck. Version 3.2 looks like the one to go for. From press release "WSM v3.2 is compatible with Sennheiser evolution wireless G3 (300 and 500 Series), 2000 Series, EM 3732, SKM 5200, SKM 5212 and NET 1." This version appears to have a proper networking setup. Ignore that. Version 4.0 looks like the job. WSM 4.0 DescriptionCheers, Peter
