unicorn
Hello Everyone, we have a unique 2.0, I've recently replaced the heat exchanger and fluid pump. However, the machine is still not producing any haze. I've managed to get the service manual, and gone through it. The only issue I can find is the power supply to the fluid pump isn't getting 240v, its getting no more than 24V. Has anyone experienced this before, and if so what was the solution. Everything else seems fine on the PCB. Thanks in advance
ianknight
Not sure about the Mark 2 but in the Mark 1 there's a electrically operated valve in the fluid line to the heat exchanger that stops the fluid flow for the shutdown/cooldown cycle. That might have got gunged up with fluid and is stuck closed or might have just failed.

graemeftv
you prob need to measure the voltage at the pump with a scope because its a pwm signal not a constant voltage. so a multi meter cant easily read it. feel free to pm me or call if you need any more free help thanks graeme
