Falling off, just simply caused by imbalanceLosing balance because there's something heavy up there.....Sudden Illness (Causing you to fall off). Epilepsy etc......many illnesses could be quoted..... Working at height, on your own has issues if there is an accident, as listed above.... and it may be out of your hands. Falling off a ladder at any height may render a person unconscious, so at absolute worst, having someone footing the ladder, or just being there to dial 999 is enough for me to demand that all my staff using any type of ladders or lifting gear work in pairs. Worst case scenario, one up the ladders, and the other watching the work, or a backup for when things go wrong. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
