JTilling
Hello all. I'm looking for some schuko Y split cables but I seem to be having trouble finding them. If any one could help it'd be very helpful. All our lighting kit unfortunatly runs on schuko rather than 15A and im not about to go through it all changing it all to as that would then mean changing our dimmers as well. Just to be clear I want to purchase these not rent them. If anyone could help that would be great. thanks in advance.
Brian
Do they have to be Y-Splits or would a 3-way/4-way board work?
timsabre
Do they have to be Y-Splits or would a 3-way/4-way board work? As far as I can see Schuko Y-split cables do not exist as a pre-made item. Maybe such a cable would contravene an EU directive or something. Cameroon
Y-splits do exist, however haven't found a source for them in the UK, our stock we got on a job in Spain.
Robin Pratt
PCE Austria make re-wireable 2 and 3 way schuko trailing sockets, including some fairly hefty industrial rubberised versions. http://www.pcelectric.at/fileadmin/pce/emag/pce_en/#/176/ KES power & light are the UK importers for PCE
