It is a long time since I've seen Mini2 in the flesh, and can't remember what the rectangular thing is at the bottom of each channel. (That is, if the one's I used had them) Any clues? From my memories, there is a 10amp fuse in the blue holder at the top of the dimmer that is the fuse for the overall output and beneath the sockets there are two 5amp fuses in the one brown enclosure that protect each socket... It's been a long time thoughMakes sense. The one's I was familiar with were 15A.
