Tecpro comms

Hi We have an install with old-style Tecpro comms, the infrastructure is for 2 channels on 6-pin XLR using BP113 beltpacks. Of course, all the new stuff is either 3-pin or 5 pin, and we need to expand the number of beltpacks we own. Does anyone know of any stockists who keep them, or anyone likely to be shifting some on? Or alternatively, is there an easy way to adapt newer kit to the old infrastructure?

5-pin to 6-pin adaptor for each new beltpack would be the easiest method. Something like this should work.

 

5-pin    6-pin
 1        1      Gnd
 2        2      +24V
 3        3      Circuit 1
 4        2      +24V
 5        4      Circuit 2
 -        6       n/c
