Video mask help

Hi All,

 

I'm trying to create some video masks for MA VPU.

 

I have been creating them in Photoshop CS4 with an Alpha channel.

MA VPU likes PNG at 32bit for masks. However if I set Photoshop to 32 bit I can save as a PNG file.

I also find the Alpha channel option disappears.

 

So lowering the bit to 16 bit it works ok.

 

but now when I import to MA VPU I get a white line around the inside of the mask. So if I fade out the layer underneath to black I see a white outline of the mask.

 

Anyone got any ideas? I think it's got to be some thing to do with how I draw in Photoshop.
