Notice in, Company Stolen my Holiday

It sounds to me as though it hangs on whether or not the employer was aware of the weeks holiday and had made appropriate arrangements for cover.

The OP states it has been booked since November - if we assume he means booked with his employer, then to turn round and tell him he can't take just because he has given notice, does sound wrong....

If the employer were unaware of the holiday then that of course is a whole different ball-game, but it doesn't sound like the case?


But then none of us know the details!
