Young Johnstone
Hi guys, I've got a QTX HZ-2 hazer that I've not used in two years. Dug it out today and it doesn't power up! No lights on the back or remote! I've checked the usual things with a meter, so both fuses are good, the switch is good, thermal is fine and wiring looms look ok too. So has anybody had this issue before and know a fix?Does the remote have to be plugged in for it to work? I think it does, but I can't remember. If it can't be fixed easily tomorrow, then hey ho it is what it is, I'll just bring in a DF. Cheap sh##e :(Cheers
Speakercon
Did you get it working? I have one and it powers up fine without a remote connected. Its mostly used on DMX.
Young Johnstone
Nah, I think it's dead. Didn't get much time to play with it so just brought another hazer in instead. I'll give it to a mate and see if it can be sorted but for what it cost I'm not overly fussed.
