Silicone oil is used extensively by the radio controlled vehicles crowd, so should be readily available from your nearest RC store. Another alternative is the silicone oil spray as sold by the 3-in-1 company, which is available from places like Halfords, B & Q, Wickes, etc. For silicone adhesive you could use bathroom sealant, but make sure you've got basic silicone and not acrylic!
