pjrails Posted December 18, 2013 Share Posted December 18, 2013 Hi GuysHas any one come across the issue of both the thermal and the peak red led's and the green signal led staying on as soon as you power up? No audio. Used last week for a single mic in an exam hall.Packed away, connected up today and found this problem. KevinE Posted December 20, 2013 Share Posted December 20, 2013 The only thing I can think of is a vibration-related issue. Pop the module out and check for detached or loose components, and then check the 2 fuses are ok. A fuse can blow and leave the capacitors charged up so take the usual precautions. Mixermend Posted December 21, 2013 Share Posted December 21, 2013 Quite likely that the +15 volt supply rail has failed - this would cause these LED's to be permanently lit.
