Mark Henderson had a Moving Mirror on a track (there's an airship flying over) at the Yvonne Arnaud and Haymarket but I bet that wasn't the first either It was probably hung on a Triple E scenery carrier or sum such but I don't recall the detail (It was 21 years ago!)
