stuart.thompson Posted November 26, 2013 Share Posted November 26, 2013 Hi, Check voltages going to the starter in the head, its the green rectangular block. You should be getting mains voltage on the outside two pins, the black and blue wire.... if you get mains voltage then the starter wants replacing. Also check the thermal in the head is closed circuit. Dont put you multimeter on the inside pin or you will blow it up. If you not getting mains voltage at the stater check the ballast out put and the wireset between the base and head for breakages. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
