lightingapps.de
You wonder how to track fixture issues and maintenance? I've got a solution to this problem. mTrack - made by lighting designer and programmer Denis Hessberger. mTrack is used using a web browser. It requires you to set up one PC in your network (or the web) that will act as a server, and then all others may connect to it and access the same database. It is user based and allows for ultimate tracking of who did what to which fixture, etc. It also allows for email notifications when something changed. There have been several tours its been tested on, as well as a few festivals and tv shows - and now I want to kickstart it. The application is donation ware and has a lightwright / vectorworks import by using csv files. Only thing you need to do to download and play with it is donate to me (whatever amount you think it is worth), after you did you'll automatically granted download access for this version and all recurring updates. There is a live demo available at http://lightingapps.de:8080 with credentials admin / pw or guest / guest. If you'd like to download it or anything else, donate on the Website and run anything you want as long as you want. No restrictions. Once you donated you'll be able to download all future updates and all new software published as donationware on the website. Have a look at it and let me know what you think....! cheers,Denis Hessberger http://www.lightingapps.de/ http://lightingapps.de/mTrack.jpg
