Remove any cue stack you don't need from faders (hit remove then double tap the S key)

Then hit the STACK STORE key, in the stack store window highlight EVERY stack, hit remove then enter. DO NOT WORRY THIS WILL ONLY REMOVE STACKS THAT ARE NOT ASSIGNED TO FADERS

Now hit the CUE STORE key and do the same again. this will remove any cues that are not assigned to cue stacks.

Before you do this make sure you have a back up of the show file as, you never know, you might want to use some of that stuff again one day.

Another way is to create a new show file and import the patch, pallets and groups from the existing show file. Personally I just delete what I don't need.
