Islander1 Posted September 20, 2013 Share Posted September 20, 2013 What are other theatres using for a player? Five yrs ago we started carrying the Met. Live on Sat. Mornings. First couple of years they carried the encores via Sattelite. Then to save costs they would send a BluRay. I went to the AVStore and bought a Sony. It would not play the disk. Went back with the disk and an LG worked great. For 2 years NP? Then last year no go. I had to borrow a brand new LG? Worked ok but fussy. Yes I have updated the software. Not happy with any home units. They only whave full controls on the remote. Looking for a reliable one with full controls and read outs on the front panel... Rack mountable. ,any suggestions?.
