bobalobus Posted August 23, 2013 Share Posted August 23, 2013 I have the task of pat testing all our cable this week which I am more then competent of doing, the issue im have is with Lectriflex connecters they have been passed before, but I can not get earth 5 and 6 which are connected to the shell to pass, they show as unconnected on all 20 sets, am I missing something being they all aparently passed before, thanks bob Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
jonathanhill Posted August 23, 2013 Share Posted August 23, 2013 The six earths on a Lectriflex plug or socket spider should be commoned together at pins 7, 8, 15, 16. Is it possible that they have not been connected? If it is the Lectriflex to Lectriflex cable that is not passing on E5 and E6, could cores 17 and 18 not be connected?
