Matt Riley Posted July 16, 2013 Share Posted July 16, 2013 Hi all, Can anyone recommend any good local riggers / rigging companies for literally the world's simplest job ever? It's just a case of supplying an appropriately rated 10m chain hoist and dropping three 100kg speaker clusters, letting us quickly reconfigure them, checking that they are securely in their flying frames and then putting them back up again. The venue will provide + build a scaff tower for access so it shouldn't be more than a couple of hours work, which can be accommodated at any time of day/week. The venue in question is situated near Southampton. The relevant company/individual should have appropriate insurance and be able to prove competency. I'm sure that the lovely people at GLS Lighting in Southampton will be able to supply the equipment and personnel that you need for the job. Martin.
