ojc123
Can I have recommendations for paint to mark out the edge of the stage? I've used white tape up till now but it frays and I have to replace it too often. The stage is a hardwood. A very hard mahogany type wood installed in the 1950's. I intend to remove any traces of sealer and/or tape adhesive before painting. There are many floor paints out there but I'm sure someone here will have experience of these things. Thanks in anticipation.
Gareth A
When we marked out the edge of the floor on my touring show floor, we just used flints white exhibition paint. Was very hardwearing. Obviously will still come up if you stick gaffa over it and pull hard enough, but was generally pretty good. Only had to repaint one time for an entire 6 month tour. Andrew Edwards
Have you considered some kind of metal nosing or even perhaps Edge Safe?
