Help with specifying a DA/Scan Converter

Hello guys,

 

Once again calling on the help of the video guys!

 

What I would like to do is this:

 

I would like to plug a laptop (HDMI and VGA), into a projector, and also split to a video signal via a scan converter to feed a multiplexer for broadcast on TVs.

So, someone needs to be able to arrive at the venue and be able to use either an HDMI or VGA connection, (must be able to do both), and be able to show the same picture on a projector and on the screens.

 

At the minute, we have a VGA hookup from the projector to a cupboard at floor level and ideally we don't want to run new cables, so a VGA+HDMI to Video + VGA out.

 

Cost isn't a massive issue and we would rather buy Kramer, if they can do what we are looking for.

 

Does anyone have any ideas?
